Screening exercise for all Fulltime National Diploma (2016/2017 ACADEMIC SESSION)

All interested Applicants, who made Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta their first or second choice(s) of institution(s) in the 2016/2017 UTME and others who did not choose Moshood Abiola Polytechnic at all, but are eligible to study in the institution should note the following;

A. LEGIBILITY

1. Candidates who chose Moshood Abiola Polytechnic as their first or second choice(s) of institution(s) during the 2016 UTME and scored 180 and above.
2. Candidates who did not chose Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta as their first or second choice but who scored 180 and above in the 2016 UTME.
3. Each candidates will access the Polytechnic Website www.mapoly.edu.ng with the payment of Two Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (N 2,500.00) only through a debit card from any bank of his/her choice.
4. Candidates will be expected to complete the screening form online.
B. METHOD OF APPLICATION

Candidates seeking admission into Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta are required to complete the institution(s) application form available on-line at www.mapoly.edu.ng  with effect from the date of the Publication to Monday 15th, August 2016.

C. INSTRUCTION

1. Candidates are to access the Website with Cash/Debit ATM card to the tune of Two Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (N 2,500.00) only at any bank of choice.
2. Log on to www.mapoly.edu.ng
3. Click on "Prospective Students"
4. Complete the application form as appropriate, upload your passport photograph and supply other information (e-mail address(es), phone number(s) e.t.c
5. Click on "Submit" to print your application form and screening slip.

D. SUBMISSION OF FORMS ONLINE

Candidates are hereby informed that submission of application for the screening on the Polytechnic Website will close on Monday 15th August, 2016

E. REQUIREMENT OF THE SCREENING EXERCISE

Candidates are required to bring the following documents to the screening exercise venue.
